2. Consignment Services

  • Service Fees and Commissions: The 4% commission for consignment sales is due upon the successful sale of the vehicle. This commission is non-refundable once the sale has been completed.
  • Early Termination: If the consignment agreement is terminated before the sale of the vehicle, any promotional fees, or additional costs incurred (e.g., marketing, photography, listing fees) are non-refundable.
  • Unsold Vehicles: If the vehicle is not sold during the consignment period, no refund is due, as services (promotion, listing, etc.) have already been rendered.

3. Experience and Assistance Services

  • Service Provider Issues: If there is an issue with the service provider (e.g., cancellation or failure to provide the agreed service), Coolest Selection is not responsible for refunding the client. The client must resolve the matter directly with the service provider.
  • Changes and Cancellations: If a client decides to cancel or modify the services after agreeing to them with the service provider, no refund will be issued for Coolest Selection’s. The client must resolve the matter directly with the service provider.

4. Cancellation of Promotional Packages

  • If you have purchased any additional promotional packages (e.g., premium listings, featured content), these services are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Promotional packages are considered initiated once the vehicle or service is featured on our website, social networks, or any partner platforms.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the event of a technical error or mistake on the part of Coolest Selection that leads to the improper listing or promotion of your vehicle or service, we will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, issue a refund or re-credit for future services.
  • Please contact us at geral@coolestselection.com within 7 days of the issue arising to submit a claim.

7. No Guarantee of Results

  • Coolest Selection makes no guarantees regarding the success or outcome of consignment services, experience services, or assistance services. Refunds will not be issued based on the performance or success of the sale or services provided by third parties.
